4. Prices & Payments
Product prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice. Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and supported online payment methods. Customers are responsible for paying the total order amount together with any applicable shipping or delivery charges displayed during checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, Fair Wear may correct the error and contact the customer before processing the affected order.
5. Cash on Delivery & Package Inspection
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are generally required to pay the applicable amount before opening or inspecting the parcel, subject to the courier company's applicable COD procedures. Customers should not force, damage, or open a sealed parcel before completing the required payment where the courier does not permit inspection before payment.
After receiving and paying for the parcel, customers should inspect the products promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return or exchange, please contact Fair Wear according to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Fair Wear aims to process and dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customer location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and active contact number. Fair Wear will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues but cannot guarantee exact delivery times where delivery is handled by an independent courier service.
7. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Fair Wear as soon as possible. Orders may generally be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, any eligible return or exchange will be handled according to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Fair Wear may also cancel an order because of stock issues, payment problems, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other reasonable circumstances.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Products must generally be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In their original condition
- Returned with original tags and labels
